About Kazuhisa Uragami
Kazuhisa Uragami is a Tokyo-based commercial illustrator who entered the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the Mega Evolution era, debuting with Misdreavus in the Ascended Heroes expansion. He has illustrated a small set of cards, later including Crobat and Salandit, plus entries in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket app. His main career is in editorial and advertising illustration: working under the nickname Tokyo Melon Boy, he has drawn book covers and campaigns for clients such as Kadokawa, Shogakukan, NHK Publishing, Kirin and Coca-Cola's Georgia brand.
