About Mugi Hamada
Mugi Hamada is a Pokémon TCG illustrator whose first official card was an Aipom in the Twilight Masquerade expansion. They first drew attention by reaching the top 100 with a Bulbasaur entry in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest 2022, which preceded that official work, and have since illustrated a small number of further cards, including one for Pokémon TCG Pocket. Little is publicly documented about the artist's background beyond Pokémon; they remain active on Twitter and Instagram, where the work is signed 濱田むぎ.
Their most valuable card is Purrloin (#136/86, White Flare), estimated at $17–$23. Cards are ordered by estimated market value.
