About Nakamura Ippan
Nakamura Ippan is the pen name of Kana Nakamura, a Tokyo-born illustrator and painter (born 1995) and a graduate of Joshibi University of Art and Design. She is a recent arrival to the Pokémon TCG, debuting with a Rufflet in the Surging Sparks set and illustrating roughly nine cards so far.
